Amy's Bread    
Amy Scherber launched Amy’s Bread in June of 1992. It all began in a small storefront on 9th Avenue in New York City, in a neighborhood known as Hell's Kitchen. At first there were 5 employees, a few wholesale customers and a small retail store. Now the bakery has over 100 employees, over 200 wholesale deliveries daily and three retail stores ! This independent café/bakery opened its doors in july of 2007. This bright, European-styled storefront, oozes smells of fresh-baked goods and sounds of eclectic music onto the Hell’s Kitchen sidewalk. Beyond its homemade scones, muffins, brownies, and cupcakes, Bis.Co.Latte is best known for its 50+ varieties of biscotti all made on the premises.
